  1. Port Blair – Port Blair is the capital city of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and it is also the largest town and also the entry point for all the other islands. So in all circumstances Port Blair is the gateway of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Cellular Jail – Port Blair’s Cellular Jail was made by Britishers in response to Indian freedom fighters against their rule. It was built to house political prisoners, ensuring the freedom fighters were locked far away, out of all reach
and also called Kalapani. Today, three of the uninviting wings remain and the Cellular Jail is now a national memorial to India’s fight for independence. Do not miss the light and sound show in the evening that shows the story of the India freedom fighters and how India got independence from Britishers.

Selective focus of Cellular jail which is also known as Kalapani jail or Andaman jail is one of the most important national monuments from the days of Indian freedom struggles situated in Port Blair Capital of Andaman and Nicobar Island.

Chidiya Tapu – It is around 30 km from Port Blair and the place is famous for its sunset and bird watching. You can make a day trip from Port Blair to Chidiya Tapu.
Wandoor Beach and Jolly Buoy Island- These 2 places can also be covered on a day trip from Port Blair. This place is famous for its crystal-clear water and underwater coral reefs.
North Bay Island – North Bay Island is known for water sports Activities. You can do scuba diving, snorkeling, jet ski, sea walk and speed boat ride here.

  1. Ross Island (Netaji Subhash Chandra Dweep) – Ross Island is another island that will leave you spellbound. Ross Island is located 2 km from Port Blair in South Andaman, served as British administrative base for almost a century. The development, art, and architecture that came along with britishers resulted in the title “Paris of the East” for this island. This island was the capital of Andaman until 1941 when an earthquake destroyed the whole island. The ruins of churches, vine trees, and buildings also speak of the frightful past of Indian freedom fighters. The ruins of buildings and church are webbed with tree-roots as the jungle swallows them whole.
  1. Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) – Havelock Island is one of the most popular island of Andaman and also receives the highest footfall of tourists and will be a highlight of your Andaman trip. Havelock Island has beautiful and pristine beaches, turquoise sea and some of the best diving sites in South Asia.

Radhanagar Beach – Radhanagar Beach of Havelock Island is the most popular beach of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Exotic palm trees lining the white sandy beach, extending into a beautiful seascape urges us to spend the whole day at the beach.
Kalapathar Beach – Kalapathar Beach is a long stretch of white silky sand with black rocks beside the turquoise blue sea. It is situated on one corner of Havelock island.

  1. Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep)- This beautiful island is a backpacker’s paradise. The turquoise blue sea waters and golden sandy beaches are definitely a treat to the eyes. Apart from the pristine beaches, there is also a natural bridge at Neil Island. Some of the beautiful beaches of Neil islands are– Bharatpur Beach, Sitapur Beach, Laxmanpur Beach and the natural Beach. At Bharatpur Beach there is a diving center, where You can go scuba diving,
    glass bottom boat ride and snorkeling here as well.
  1. Diglipur and North Andaman- This should be the best location of your Andaman trip. North Andaman is yet an unexplored region of this heaven island. It takes almost 12 hours to reach Diglipur from Port Blair. But once you are there, you will be mesmerised by the virgin beauty of the place.

Ross and Smith Island – Ross & Smith islands are actually two islands – Ross & Smith joined together by a sand bar to make a single group of islands. The water is crystal clear, and the sand bar appears during low tide and at the time of the high tide, the sand bar disappears leaving a trail of water between the two islands. Lush green forests and waves brushing up against the sandbar are quite a breathtaking sight for anyone.
